I was born and raised in the far reaches of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and have been fortunate to have lived and traveled to many parts of the world. My preference over the years has been to live near and sail upon the waters, whether it be the Great Lakes, Chesapeake Bay or one of the two oceans that bookend our great country. There is nothing more stimulating than experiencing a little bow spray on your face early in the morning sailing into a rising sun. Other than maybe that same time of day high in the Rockies on two wheels. Nonetheless, I have found the majestic sweeping vistas of the Southwest High Desert and ancient homelands to be equally inviting.

There is no question in my mind that it is a big, wonderful world, and whether you choose to be a globe-trotter or a homebody, financial health plays a central role in our fundamental well-being. It has been my life's work to understand and promote the relationship between financial soundness and a quality life. My formal education took place at fine universities in Michigan, Maryland, and Germany, but my financial education has been ongoing and never-ending. My role model has been Charlie Munger of Berkshire Hathaway, who was engaged in this profession until one month shy of his 100th birthday. He never stopped learning and growing.

My practice has provided me with great satisfaction and meaningful life's work. I am always honored to share that.

I am an LPL Branch Manager and have practiced personal financial planning and investment management since 1999. I find great satisfaction in helping my clients manage their assets, so they can focus on the things in life that are important to them. My job does not feel like work with my incredible team and great relationships I have with my clients! 

When away from the office, I love spending time with my two daughters. Living in Colorado, I enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle to include hiking and mountain biking, and snowboarding. I also enjoy traveling, having been to 50 U.S. States and 11 different countries.
